Plan-managed
The provider sends invoices to the participant’s nominated plan manager. The plan manager checks and processes payment according to the plan and service agreement.
Self-managed
Invoices are sent directly to the participant or nominee, who arranges payment and claims through the NDIS portal according to their plan.
What to confirm first
Before booking, confirm your funding management type, relevant budget and whether physiotherapy is a reasonable fit for your goals. Your plan manager or support coordinator can help if anything is unclear.

MotionMate Training is an unregistered NDIS provider and follows the NDIS Code of Conduct and relevant professional obligations. MotionMate currently works with plan-managed and self-managed participants.
