Notice period
Please provide at least two business days’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Notice can be given by SMS, phone or email.
Private clients
Appointments changed with sufficient notice do not incur a fee. A late cancellation or non-attendance may be charged up to 100% of the session fee, including when access to the agreed location is unavailable.
NDIS participants
Short-notice cancellations or non-attendance may be charged in line with current NDIS pricing arrangements when the appointment was confirmed and could not be filled by another participant. Plan-managed invoices are sent to the plan manager; self-managed invoices are sent to the participant.
Exceptional circumstances
Unexpected illness and emergencies happen. Fees may be waived where appropriate, including where circumstances were outside the participant’s control or the appointment was filled.
