NDIS
Physiotherapy direct and indirect supports, charged in line with the current NDIS pricing schedule.
Private
A 60-minute initial appointment for new private clients within the standard service area.
Private mobile physiotherapy
Travel is included for private appointments within the area shown below. It broadly covers Perth from the coast to Midland, and from Joondalup to the Rockingham region, with the south-east corridor extending through Maddington and Armadale to Byford.
This is a practical guide rather than a strict suburb boundary. Send your address and Chad will confirm travel before you book.
What is included
Your fee may include the appointment, clinical notes, exercise planning, reasonable care-related communication and relevant preparation.
Invoices are generally issued after services on a fortnightly basis and are due within 30 days.
Eligible private clients may be able to claim independently through their health insurer. Confirm eligibility and rebates with your fund.
Approved Workers’ Compensation referrals are accepted once the claim details and service approval are provided.
NDIS prices can change when the NDIA updates its pricing schedule. Current arrangements will always be confirmed before services begin.
