MotionMate Training is committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of every person who uses our services. Personal and health information is handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles.
Information we may collect
This may include identification and contact details, health history, assessment findings, treatment information, NDIS or funding details, billing information and communication relevant to your care. Children's information is collected with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
How information is used
Information may be used to assess needs, plan and deliver services, communicate with you and agreed members of your support team, prepare reports, issue invoices and meet professional or legal obligations. MotionMate Training does not sell or rent personal information.
Storage and service providers
MotionMate Training uses secure systems including Cliniko, Microsoft 365 OneDrive and Stripe to manage clinical records, documents and payments. Access is restricted and reasonable safeguards are used to protect information from loss, misuse or unauthorised access.
Access, correction and concerns
You can ask to access or correct your information, withdraw consent where applicable, or raise a privacy concern by contacting Chad. Some requests may be subject to legal or professional record-keeping requirements.
